My stay at Ngoc Anh exceeded all my expectations! Despite the language barrier, the staff's unparalleled friendliness and resourcefulness left a lasting impression. The Deluxe King Room was a dream - spacious, immaculately clean, with a luxurious bathroom and a surprisingly comfortable bed that provided the best sleep ever. The complimentary drink, snack, and transport to Hon Gai Port, along with assistance in ticket buying, showcased the hotel's exceptional hospitality. The peaceful ambiance at night allowed for deep relaxation after busy days exploring Hanoi. The proximity to local dining options like T-Fresh Healthy Drinks & Tea and Rock House Pizza added a delightful touch to the overall experience. I wholeheartedly recommend Ngoc Anh for a truly exceptional stay in Hanoi.
